Iva Trifonov (Sheraton Sopot Conference Centre & Spa) Iva Trifonov has taken over the post of general director of the Sheraton Sopot Conference Centre & Spa hotel. Ms. Trifonov has gained more than 20 years experience in the hotel industry in various posts in Sheraton hotels in her native Bulgaria and abroad. Her first job was in October 1986 for the Sheraton Sofia Hotel Balkan as head of floor services. She then went on to work for a year in Africa at the Sheraton Kampala hotel. Iva Trifonov started working in Poland in 1996 for the Sheraton Warsaw hotel, and in 2006 was given the post of general director of the Sheraton hotel in Poznań, where she was entirely responsible for its opening. Ms Trifonov currently holds the posts of general director of two hotels: the Sheraton Poznań and the Sheraton Sopot Conference Centre & Spa. She graduated in English literature from Sofia University and also finished a post-graduate course in tourist management and marketing.
Michał Czarnecki (ProLogis) Michał Czarnecki has been promoted to vice president of development and leasing in Poland. Michał Czarnecki joined ProLogis in 2004 as leasing manager for Poland. At the company Michał is responsible for marketing and leasing ProLogis? existing projects, and overseeing development management activities in the Upper Silesia region. Prior to joining ProLogis, he gained experience in leasing commercial and industrial real estate working for Apollo Rida Poland, DTZ Polska and Jones Lang LaSalle. Michał graduated with a degree in marketing and management from the Warsaw University of Technology. He also completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation and a CCIM course. Michał is also fluent in English.
Marta Tęsiorowska (ProLogis) Marta Tęsiorowska has been promoted to vice president of marketing and communications for Central and Eastern Europe. Marta, who joined ProLogis in 2002 as an assistant, has also served as leasing and marketing analyst for the CEE region and, most recently, as marketing and communications manager for Central and Eastern Europe. She completed executive MBA studies in international marketing at the Skarbek Graduate School of Business Economics. Marta also graduated from the faculty of administration, law and diplomacy at the Independent University of Business and Public Administration and completed postgraduate public relations studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Denis Aleksandrowicz Nosdraczew (PIK Group) Denis Aleksandrowicz Nosdraczew has become a member of the council of directors of the Russian development company PIK Group, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Denis Aleksandrowicz is the head of the infrastructure department of the state-owned Vnesheconombank, where he also holds the positions of the structural funding department deputy director and the head of the project funding department. He graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and the Academy of Finance under the government of Russian Federation. He holds a PhD in technical science. He has previously worked at Vnesheconombank and JSCC Evrofinance bank.
Frank Schnieber (Monier) Frank Schnieber has taken over the post of president of the board of Monier's Polish branch. He holds a diploma in international economics and has many years experience in the building materials industry in Eastern European countries. He was regional director of Raab Karcher Baustoffe for several years, linking with roofing materials manufacturer Monier Group in 2000. He is board president of Monier East Europe (Poland, Russia and Ukraine) and Turkey, and has already monitored the operation of Monier Poland for the past eight years while performing those functions. He has taken over his new post from Wojciech Gątkiewicz.
Robert Olczyk (Mallson Property Group) Robert Olczyk has become the new leasing negotiator for the Mallson Property Group. Robert previously worked for the Gdańsk company LPP, where he developed a chain of Reserved franchised outlets and also participated in the development of the Cropp outlet chain. He has also worked for the developer Caelum Development, where he dealt with the commercialization of shopping centres.
Filip Rerko (King Sturge) Filip Rerko has recently joined the office agency team at King Sturge Prague. Filip has worked as an office leasing associate at Colliers International for the past three years. He will be graduating from the faculty of international relations at the University of Economics in Prague. He is fluent in English and German. He enjoys spending leisure time with his friends, listening to jazz and playing piano.
Mariusz Kozłowski (Globe Trade Centre) Mariusz Kozłowski investor relations manager of GTC, has also been re-elected by the supervisory board for a three-year term as a member of the management board of the company. He has been with GTC since 2000, and has been a management board member and investor relations manager since 2002. Mariusz holds a master of economics degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and is a licensed stockbroker. Between 1994 and 1996, he served as marketing director at DML brokerage; and from 1997 to 1999 he was head of equity sales at ABN AMRO Securities in Warsaw.
Hagai Harel (Globe Trade Centre) Hagai Harel international development manager of GTC, has also been re-elected by the supervisory board for a three-year term as a member of the management board of the company. He has been a member of GTC?s management board and director of international development since 2004. Hagai holds a BA in economics and an MBA, and is also a CPA.
Erez Boniel (Globe Trade Centre) Erez Boniel finance director of GTC, has also been re-elected by the supervisory board for a three-year term as a member of the management board of the company. He has been a member of the management board and chief financial officer since 1997. Erez holds a BA in economics and accounting, a CPA certificate and an MBA with honours. He is also a member of RICS. Between 1990 and 1993 he worked as an auditor for Barak I & Co. and from 1993 until 1996 as a financial controller at Reynolds Construction.
