Panattoni Europe’s „Build-To-Suit” Competition - Winner Announced!

Panattoni Europe, one of the biggest developers of industrial space in Europe, has announced the results of the nationwide competition for logistics and construction engineering students.  The students were asked to solve a build-to-suit case, involving investments tailored to meet the specific needs of clients. Magdalena Mądra – the competition winner is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. The main prize is a paid internship at the BTS unit of Panattoni Europe.

BTS Internship Competition - Regulations

Last March Panattoni Europe, expert in build-to-suit projects, announced a competition for logistics and construction engineering students in Poland. The main idea behind „BTS Internship at Panattoni” was the dynamic development of the BTS sector, i.e. investments tailored to meet specific client needs. The students were asked to solve one of two BTS case studies. The winning project consisted in optimizing  a storage and production project prepared by Panattoni. The criteria of assessment were: innovative problem approach, complexity of the approach and functionality of the solutions offered.

During the paid internship the winner will have a chance to get to know Panattoni’s structure and to participate in managing projects together with BTS experts. She will learn the process of BTS project preparation, i.e. for example how to offer new solutions that would be optimal for production and logistics as well as how to reduce the Client’s operating costs. The winner presented a highly professional level of designing skills. The internship program has been created for young and talented students, who wish to gain professional experience among Polish BTS experts.
