ROMANIA Atrium European Real Estate (AERE), which recently completed the shopping gallery of the Militari Shopping project in Bucharest in a EUR 75 mln investment, is to soon start the construction phases of three new retail projects, if the shareholders give the green light after an analysis of the costs. The company has revealed that a number of retailers have expressed an interest in AERE developing big box stores for them, and two letters of intent have already been signed.
