RUSSIA Suleiman Kerimov has become the new co-owner of the new Voentorg complex in Moscow. Nafta Co, owned by Kerimov, has purchased 50 pct of the property. The Voentorg mixed-use centre is being constructed in Vozdvizhinka on the site of the former building of the same-name built in 1913. The new 70,000 sqm complex consists of offices (22,000 sqm) and shops (4,000 sqm), as well as a car park for 540 vehicles. Total investment costs come to app. USD 140 mln.
