CZECH REPUBLIC  A consortium made up of Metrostav and Porr (Česko) is to be the general contractor for the Galerie Harfa mixed-use project currently being developed by the Lighthouse Group. The construction work on the project should be completed by the autumn of 2010, with the contract being worth CZK 2 bln (app. EUR 74.8 mln). Eurohypo is providing the financing for the project, for which tenants have already been secured as for the shopping centre, including Interspar, Marks & Spencer, Intersport and Esprit. The project is now 40 pct leased.
